Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the fk888 platform (available at fk888.club and any associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised URLs, or progressive web app entry points), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the fk888 website, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and fk888 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fk888 platform and close your account if one has been created.

fk888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of fk888 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age. 18+
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any corporate entity.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of fk888 or any of its affiliated companies or game-supply partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fk888 or voluntarily excluded under any active responsible gaming restriction.
• You have not previously had an fk888 account closed for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, charge back abuse, or any other Terms violation.

fk888 takes its age verification obligations seriously. All players are required to complete identity and age verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification may require submission of a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. In cases where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under the age of 18, fk888 reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without notice. Any balance held in that account, including any deposits and winnings, will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations. fk888 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors and treats any such registration as a material breach of these Terms.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of fk888 services, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with a Bangladeshi mobile network. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active account with fk888. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same personal details, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. fk888 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. fk888 strongly recommends that all players use a unique, complex password not used on any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. fk888 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fk888 support immediately at [email protected]. fk888 will suspend the account pending a security review upon receipt of such a report.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

fk888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any player at any time, including at account registration, prior to first withdrawal, upon a change in personal details, or where unusual account activity is detected. Accepted KYC documents include a valid National ID (NID) card, passport, driving licence, and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fk888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fk888 does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad, and ৳300 for Rocket and Upay. Card minimums may vary; the current minimums are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your fk888 account in real time under normal operating conditions. Deposits via Rocket and Upay are typically credited within five (5) minutes. Card deposits are subject to standard banking processing times and may take up to thirty (30) minutes to reflect. fk888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which fk888 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following standard timeframes once all identity verification requirements have been satisfied:

• bKash — average processing time under 15 minutes during business hours (08:00–23:00 BST)
• Nagad — average processing time under 20 minutes during business hours
• Rocket — up to 2 hours depending on network conditions
• Upay — up to 2 hours depending on network conditions
• Visa / Mastercard — 1 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, unless an alternative has been approved by the fk888 compliance team following a formal request. This requirement exists to prevent fraud and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated periodically. fk888 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed standard daily limits or that are flagged by our automated risk systems.

4.5 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in relation to a deposit made to fk888 without first contacting fk888 support is a serious breach of these Terms. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, fk888 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, recover any winnings associated with the disputed deposit, and pursue recovery of any outstanding balance through available legal channels.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

fk888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for completing the requirement are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino tables, sports betting accumulators, and jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

fk888 monitors all bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (hedging), using low-risk strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash with minimal risk exposure, and any form of collusion between players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, fk888 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn in connection with the abuse.

5.4 fk888 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

fk888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of misuse, a technical error in the promotion configuration, or a change in external circumstances beyond our control. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its suspension will be treated fairly and any accrued, legitimate bonus progress will be honoured where technically feasible.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the fk888 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

6.1 General Obligations

• You will provide truthful, accurate, and current information at registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You will use fk888 for personal entertainment only and will not use it for any commercial or professional gambling operation.
• You will not access fk888 using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• You will not attempt to exploit any software bug, technical error, or misconfigured game rule to obtain winnings you would not otherwise be entitled to. Any winnings obtained via exploitation of a software error must be returned to fk888 on demand.
• You will not engage in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that uses fk888 as a vehicle for illegal financial transactions.
• You will not harass, threaten, or abuse fk888 support staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat and email.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the fk888 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure:

• Creating or operating more than one fk888 account simultaneously.
• Using payment instruments that do not belong to you or that are linked to a third party's account.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, including live tables, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using insider information in sports betting to gain an advantage that would not be available to ordinary members of the public.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying infrastructure of the fk888 platform.
• Impersonating fk888 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your fk888 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary account closure, fk888 will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are fulfilled to your verified payment method. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you within fifteen (15) business days.

7.2 Closure or Suspension by fk888

fk888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC or age verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Identification of a duplicate account in violation of the one-account policy.
• Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of a software error.
• Failure to respond to communications from the fk888 compliance or support team within a reasonable period.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, fk888 will complete its review within thirty (30) calendar days in the majority of cases. Where the investigation reveals no breach of these Terms, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. Where a breach is confirmed, fk888 will communicate its decision and any applicable remedies or penalties in writing.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the fk888 platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting support at [email protected] or through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings. Self-exclusion periods available are: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

fk888 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available continuously and without interruption. However, fk888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical outages, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, government-ordered access restrictions, or force majeure events.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All casino games on fk888 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by fk888 or any third party. fk888 accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal gameplay. 8.3 Third-Party Services

fk888 is not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of any third-party game provider, payment processor, or mobile money operator (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. 8.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fk888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Governing Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative and controlling version in all circumstances. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through fk888's internal dispute resolution process, accessible by contacting [email protected].
